GERMANY Visa

For a Germany tourist visa, valid for 180 days, ensure your original passport (valid for 6 months, with 3 blank pages) and all old passports are included. Submit a completed visa application form, 2 recent color photos, a personal covering letter (on plain paper or company letterhead), and an updated bank statement for the last 6 months. Provide income tax returns/Form 16 for the past 3 years, confirmed return flight tickets, hotel reservations, a detailed itinerary, and travel insurance.

Mandatory Documents

  • Passport: copy of all data pages.Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for 90 days after the scheduled return
  • Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
  • Coloured Photograph: 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm with matte finish and not older than 6 months..Photo should have 80% of face cover
  • Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
  • Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp
  • Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
  • Accomodation: day to day schedule.Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
  • Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay
  • Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Income Tax Return (ITR) form or Form 16
  • If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months.
  • If Self Employed: Certificate of Proprietorship or other proof of ownership (proof of land title, proof of income from agriculture.
  • Company Documents : Company bank statement of the past three months, stating the drawing power/credit limit.Certificate of Incorporation of the company.Company Income Tax Return (ITR) form

  • Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
  • Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return
  • Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
  • Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay
  • Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years .Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign.Pay slip for last 3 months
  • If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
  • Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
