Mandatory Documents
- Passport: copy of all data pages.Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Visa Application Form: duly filled visa application form.2 set of Forms required
- Coloured Photograph: 2 Recent Passport size photo of (35×40 mm)
- Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
- Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.
- Travel Bookings: Travel Itinerary
- Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
- Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign
- Invitee Documents : Incorporation certificate copy of inviting company
- Vaccination Certificate: Yellow fever certificate
- Other Mandatory Documents : Police clearance certificate (PCC) is mandatory.
