To visit South Korea, Indians need a visa valid for 3 months. Requirements include air tickets, a cover letter with travel itinerary and expenses, recent bank statements, income tax returns, and proof of accommodation. Mandatory Documents
- Passport: Original Passport with 2 blank pages and should be valid for travel.First and last page of data pages
- Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
- Consent Form:
- Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover
- Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
- Invitation Letter: Letter should contain full details of the inviter such as name and phone no of person In-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter’s full name, ID no (Foreigner Registration No), and phone no..On the letterhead of the inviting company with full name , email id , Contact number and should give the clear indication of purpose of visit, the applicants identity (e.g. name and surname, passport number) and the dates of the intended stay.
- Travel Bookings: Ticket Itinerary
- Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Proof of occupation.Income tax return for last 2 years
- If Employed: Employment Letter
- If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Company’s Original 3 month`s bank statement with bank seal and signature.
- Invitee Documents : Incorporation certificate copy of inviting company
- Other Mandatory Documents : Proof of essential business activities (Agreement, Purchase order, Proof of payment etc).Employment Certificate from the Indian Company.Guarantee letter from Korea

- Day to Day Tour Itinerary: Mentioning details of places visiting

- If Employed: NOC from the employer.Salary slips of last 1 year
