For Indians seeking to visit Spain, a Spain visa provides a 6-month stay. Essential requirements include an original passport with 6 months’ validity and 3 blank pages, a completed visa application form, and 3 recent photos. Mandatory Documents

  • Passport: Old passport if any.Original passport valid for 3 months with 2 blank pages.Scan copy of first and last pages and all used pages of current passport
  • Visa Application Form: To be filled by blue pen only
  • Coloured Photograph: 2 Photographs (35X45mm) white background, glossy finish, 80% face cover and not older than 3 months.
  • Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.
  • Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by..Invitation letter should be in Spanish only
  • Travel Bookings: Air Tickets.Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
  • Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
  • Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay
  • Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign.Income tax return for last 2 years
  • If Employed: Salary Slips of last 3 months..Last 3 years ITR/Form No. 16A.Salary account statement for last 6 months
  • If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company.Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
  • Photo ID: Pan card
  • Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
  • Other Mandatory Documents : Indian Company registration Certificate

  • Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
  • Travel Bookings: Air Tickets.Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
  • Accomodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
  • Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay
  • Financial Document: Income tax return for last 2 years .Original bank statement for last 6 months with stamp and Sign
  • If Employed: Last 6 months personal and salary account bank statements duly signed and stamped by the bank authority.Last 3 years ITR/Form No. 16A.3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
  • If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
  • Other Mandatory Documents : Copy of Pan card
