SWEDEN VISA
For a Sweden visa for Indians, ensure your passport is valid with at least two blank pages. Complete the Schengen visa application form accurately and provide recent passport-sized photos. You’ll need proof of accommodation, travel insurance, sufficient funds, a return flight ticket, and proof of employment and income. The Sweden visa is valid for up to 3 months.

- Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover
- Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
- Invitation Letter: From the invitee stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number , Purpose of visit , period of stay and dates with details of expenses taken care by.
- Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
- Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
- Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros
- Financial Document: Company Bank Statement for last 3 months.Company Income tax return for last 3 years
- If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
- Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)
